Terms of Service

These terms cover hokaidolv.com, the website of Hokaido Sushi, operated by CD & JJ Management Inc, 6015 S Fort Apache Rd, Ste 150, Las Vegas, NV 89148. Using the site means you accept them.

Reservations

• Book at least two hours ahead. Inside two hours, call (702) 262-2213 — we can usually seat you.
• Your booking is confirmed only after you enter the code we send you. Until then, no table is held.
• We hold your table for 15 minutes past your reservation time. After that it goes back to the floor.
• The table is yours for two hours from your reservation time.
• We choose which table fits your party, and may move it as the night runs.
• There is no charge to book and no deposit, so there is no no-show fee — but please call if your plans change.
• You can reserve a seat at the sushi bar, a table, or a booth.
• We may cancel a booking if the restaurant has to close unexpectedly. We will call or email you.
• Give us real contact details. Bookings that look fake, or repeated bookings nobody shows up for, may be cancelled.

Text messages

Reservation codes are sent by email today. If we add text messages, and you ask for your code by text or opt in to restaurant news by text, you agree to receive text messages from Hokaido Sushi at the number you gave us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for what we do with your number.

Menu, prices and photographs

We keep the menu and prices on this site as current as we can, but they change and the prices in the restaurant are the ones that apply. Dishes vary with what is fresh. Photographs show our food as served, not a guarantee of any particular plate.

Allergies

Our kitchen handles fish, shellfish, soy, wheat, egg, sesame and tree nuts, and we cannot promise any dish is free of them. Tell your server about an allergy before you order.

Ordering and delivery

Online ordering and delivery run on other companies' platforms. Once you leave hokaidolv.com, their terms cover the order, the payment and the delivery.

Using the site

The text, photographs and design on this site belong to Hokaido Sushi. You are welcome to link to us. Do not copy the content for another business, scrape the site, or try to break into any part of it.

What we can promise

We keep this site running and accurate as best we can, but it is provided as is. We are not liable for losses arising from the site being unavailable, from an error on a page, or from a message that does not arrive. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under Nevada law.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version appears here with a new effective date.

Governing law

Nevada law governs these terms, and the courts of Clark County, Nevada handle any dispute.
