What you are looking at
Hokaido Sushi is a Japanese restaurant in southwest Las Vegas, just off Fort Apache Road. The photographs here are from our own kitchen and dining room — nigiri and sashimi cut to order, our special rolls, bento boxes, and the tempura and teriyaki plates that come out of the hot line.
The menu runs to twenty sections in all: sushi, sashimi, classic rolls, hand rolls, fifty special rolls, deep-fried and baked rolls, plus ramen, udon, donburi rice bowls, tempura, salads, soups, entrees, bento boxes and dessert.
